In the 1980s, the American Psychological Association (APA) Board of Directors approved an oral history project focusing primarily on key figures in American psychology that were advanced in years. Professor of Psychology. Robert B. MacLeod was born in Martintown, Ontario, Canada in 1907. He was an instructor at Cornell University from 1930-1933 and returned to the Cornell faculty in 1948, remaining in the Psychology Department until his death in 1972.
